It's a brand dedicated to sourcing and importing the highest quality matcha from Shizuoka, Japan, renowned for producing matcha with exceptional smoothness and a delightful sweet aroma. Through meticulous exploration and tasting, we have discovered that matcha from Shizuoka captures a delicate aroma that can only be achieved by Honyama tea. Using our own unique method, we grind the tencha grown in our own tea plantation and tencha furnace to create matcha of unparalleled quality. The result is a taste that harmonizes richness and bitterness with the soft and delicate aroma specific to Honyama tea.
